The conference KKDS Plzen 2023 will take place on the hotel PARKHOTEL PLZEN on Thursday, September 21, 2023.

• the expected number of participants is 500 people

• Conference fee

  • Early Birds - registration until June 15, 2023

    • Standard (conference entry, all-day coffee break, lunch) - 84 EUR without 21% VAT
    • Super (conference entry, all-day coffee break, lunch, social evening) - 146 EUR without 21% VAT
    • Student (students and academics, conference entry, all-day coffee break, without lunch) - 18 EUR without 21% VAT

  • registration after the June 16, 2023

    • Standard (conference entry, all-day coffee break, lunch) - 105 EUR without 21% VAT
    • Super (conference entry, all-day coffee break, lunch, social evening) - 167 EUR without 21% VAT
    • Student (students and academics, conference entry, all-day coffee break, without lunch) - 21 EUR without 21% VAT
• The payment deadline is September 15, 2023. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and accommodation!

Accommodation

• for our conference participants and partners we have reserved whole hotel PARKHOTEL PLZEŇ, accommodation can be booked only via registration form
• we offer accommodation in a single or double rooms according to the choice in the registration form
• Prices:
  • single room including breakfast: 105 EUR without 21% VAT
  • 1 person in a double room including breakfast: 73 EUR without 21% VAT
• The payment deadline is September 15, 2023. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your accommodation!

Lunch

• Participants can choose from two menus: meat and vegetarian
  • Meat menu: Beef broth with liver dumplings & pork schnitzel, butter potatoes, tartar sauce
  • Vegetarian menu: French onion soup with croutons & vegetable curry with coconut milk and jasmine rice
